In the 1st step of 3S system, we will do an assessment of the existing current condition. We will:

• Detect Waste(Muda), Bottlenecks, Inefficiencies
• Identify Muda Type
• Establish Baseline
• Establish Goal Line
• Recognize the “Gap”
